What we collect
VaultX collects only what's needed to operate the vault interface: wallet addresses you connect, basic usage analytics, and any information you voluntarily submit through support channels. We do not require KYC to view public reserve data.
How we use it
Data is used to operate, secure, and improve the VaultX interface — including detecting abuse, debugging issues, and understanding aggregate feature usage. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
On-chain data
Reserve attestations, transaction history, and vault balances are published on Robinhood Chain and are public by design. This transparency is core to how VaultX verifies commodity backing.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, clear local session data from your browser, and contact us to request deletion of any account-linked information we hold off-chain.
